What methods of payment do you accept?

We only accept payments with Paypal/credit card or credit card through Stripe system.

If you choose PayPal method, you don’t need to have a PayPal account to buy. You can simply flag “Pay with Debit or Credit card”, instead of “Pay with PayPal”. This solution will make our payments safer and easier to do.

In case you choose Stripe system it is perfectly safe and you can pay directly with your credit card.

If I place an order when will I be charged?

You will be charged at the time we place your order.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We will process your order within 48-72 hours. Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail so you can track it. If you place an order on a weekend or italian festivity days, your order should be processed the following working days. Please note this can take longer during sale or busy periods.

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can track your order through the link you will receive in the e-mail.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

Our shipping costs change on the basis of the country you live in. We have good policies for free shipping:

  • For Italy you can get free shipping spending 50 €;
  • For UE countries you can get free shipping spending 80 €;
  • For extra UE countries you can get free shipping spending 150 €.

 

In case you spend less, here you can find our shipping costs:

  • For Italy shipping costs are 5,90€;
  • For UE countries shipping costs are 12,90€;
  • For extra UE countries shipping costs are 25€.

How long do I have to wait before I receive my order?

It depends on the country you are. We generally use only fast delivery:

  • In Italy within 24/48 hours (except for Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria, we guarantee the delivery within 48/72 hours);
  • In UE countries within 48/72 hours;
  • In extra UE countries within 5 working days.

What if I’m not home when they deliver the product(s)?

We will inform you through an e-mail when they will deliver your order. If you think you will not be home you can change the delivery day.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return items if I don't like them?

Yes, you can. You can return the product(s) within 30 days from the date on which you received it/them. Used item(s) cannot be returned. Please contact us within 24 hours at help@verywonder.com, we would be glad to know how to improve in future.

Once we receive the returned product(s) the charge(s) will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Can I return items broken or with imperfections?

Yes, you can. If the product is broken or it shows clear imperfections you can return it within 30 days from the date on which you received it. This will be possible only if you give us an evidence (through a picture). Please contact us within 24 hours at help@verywonder.com.

Once we receive the returned product(s) the charge(s) will be credited to you (shipping costs are non-refundable).
